Roll-Off Dumpsters Rental Contract

This contract is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [Client's Name] (referred to as "Client") and Hickox Group LLC (referred to as "Provider").

1. Rental Terms:

• The Provider agrees to rent a roll-off dumpster to the client for a term of five (5) days at a total cost of $300. This price includes a 1-ton allowance on debris.

2. Overage Charges:

• Should the total weight of the debris exceed 1 ton, the client agrees to pay an additional charge of $48 for each ton over the allowance.

3. Usage Instructions:

• The Client agrees to adhere to the following instructions when using the dumpster:
• Do not fill the dumpster above the top of the container.
• No wet mortar or concrete is allowed in the dumpster.
• No dirt or mud is permitted.
• No feces or any hazardous materials may be placed in the dumpster.

4. Liability Exemption:

• The provider shall not be liable for any damages to the client's yard, driveway, or surrounding property resulting from the placement or removal of the dumpster, trailer, or truck.

5. Acceptance of Terms:

• By signing this contract, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
